Paolo is a graduate in Philosophy and Political Science. He holds an INSEAD MBA in International Executive Management. Prior to joining Treviseach-AltoPartners, Paolo gained eleven years of Executive Search experience. He spent five years as a Partner with Eric Salmon, and most recently worked for Unosearch, a division of Pambianco Group and Stantonchase International. He focuses his activity on board and senior management positions, in Italy and internationally, within the Consumer Products and Services, Luxury and Fashion, Retail and Professional Services sectors. Paolo began his career in the marketing branch of Cigahotels, a luxury hotel chain, before holding positions with prominent Consumer Products companies including Johnson Wax, Ferrarelle and Chiari & Forti, where he gained a wealth of experience at increased levels of responsibility. In 1992, Paolo was appointed International Operation Director of Danone Group’s Pasta and Grocery Division in Paris. With the new economy developing, Paolo later continued his career as COO and Partner of Gospark, an e-business company, and as General Manager of Gabrius, a multimedia company.
