Tracy Murdoch O’Such is the Managing Partner in the New York office of Diversified Search. Her responsibilities include the management of the firm’s New York Office and its global Digital Media, Entertainment & Sports Practice. She has extensive experience in executive search as well as direct industry experience in large media conglomerates.

Before joining Diversified Search, Tracy opened and managed the New York office for Odgers Berndtson. Prior to Odgers, Tracy founded and was President of LexMedia Solutions, a retained executive recruitment firm specializing in the media industries. Previously, she was with Cablevision Systems Corporation where she built the first in-house executive recruitment department. In 1997, Tracy established the global Entertainment, New Media & Sports practice for Norman Broadbent International, a London based search firm. She began her career in search with Bishop Partners, a New York based media search firm. Earlier, she worked in sales and marketing for the entertainment, cable, communications, and publishing industries.

The convergence of media, technology and sports industries has broadened her client base to include Captivate Network, Clear Channel, Comcast, ESPN, Hearst, Mobile Marketing Association, National Basketball Association, Time Warner, United States Olympic Committee and United States Tennis Association, just to name a few.
