Kevin conducts senior-level assignments in general management (CEO, COO, Division President) as well as senior-level functional leadership including finance, commercial and operations within the industrial and consumer sectors.

As a core member of the firm’s Board of Directors practice, he conducts Corporate Director searches across all industries. Examples include PG&E Corporation, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, UGI Corporation, Oaktree Capital and Beacon Roofing Supply.

Kevin also works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Kevin was Executive Vice President and Managing Director with Slayton Search Partners, where he oversaw the firm’s Atlanta and Washington, DC offices. Earlier, he spent 13 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, most recently as Managing Partner of its Atlanta office.

Before entering executive search, Kevin pursued a career in marketing and advertising, most recently in account service with the Atlanta ad agency Cole Henderson Drake. Earlier, he spent several years in marketing with The Coca-Cola Company, and began his career in the management training program at Universal Leaf.
