Jamie heads up the Transformational Leadership Practice at Inzito. He serves our clients with a number of innovative approaches to augmenting leadership effectiveness and commercial impact, both at an individual and systemic organisational level. These include:

He was previously the founder of Thoroughbred Associates, a boutique consultancy where his unique use of cutting-edge data analytics and AI solutions combined with a global network of associates, expert in various disciplines of leadership and cultural diagnostics and development practices, has delivered real breakthroughs in transformation outcomes for the likes of Unilever, Novartis, RELX, BT, Experian and the European Commission. His career has taken him on a journey from a management consultant for Deloitte, to the Global Head of Analytics and deputy-CFO (Asia Pacific) for HSBC and more recently as an entrepreneur and corporate advisor. He read Philosophy at Durham and also enjoys spending time as a mentor and coach to founders and leadership teams of several start-up and early-stage growth tech businesses. Married with 3 children, a dog, cat and far too many fish - heβs an extremely vocal armchair sportsman (and occasionally coaches junior rugby at his local club - Barnes RFC).
