The AESC Global Board of Directors consists of elected representatives from each of AESC’s three Regional Councils: Americas; Asia Pacific and Middle East; Europe and Africa. The board is chaired by Paul Benson, Regional Industrials Market Leader, EMEA at Korn Ferry and has representatives from both large integrated firms, networks and boutiques.

With 25 years of consulting experience, Sonal works mainly with Conglomerates and Private Equity firms, and also leads the Professional & Financial Services and the Board Practices practice for Accord. She also serves on the global Operating Committee for AltoPartners, on the boards of Accord, ABC Consultants group, and chairs a global network for The Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a peer network of 20,000 young global leaders in 100 nations. She completed her MBA from the London Business School, UK and was named by the Economic Times as one of the Top 10 Headhunters in India, by Businessweek, USA as one of the 150 Most Influential Headhunters in the World, and by Business Today magazine as one of the Next 30 Most Powerful Women in business.
