Harold T. Epps has been a significant and steady presence in the Greater Philadelphia business community for more than three decades. At Diversified Search he focuses on business development across the firm’s 16 industry and functional practices.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Epps served as the Director of Commerce for the City of Philadelphia in the James Kenney administration, where he was responsible for working with metropolitan business leaders across industries to enhance the City’s business environment.

Prior to working for the City, Epps was Vice Chairman of the Board of PRWT Services, where he served as President and CEO from 2007 – 2014. One of America’s largest minority-owned firms, PRWT is a provider of high- performance business solutions, facilities management, and infrastructure support services.

Some of Epps’ prior executive roles include positions with Quadrant, Menasha Corporation, Polaroid and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Epps is known for his longstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion. He is a former executive committee member of both The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and The Urban League of Philadelphia.
