Christian Williams brings over two decades of global Executive Search experience within mining, natural resources, and the industrial sector. He has successfully led Board and senior executive appointments across the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Australia.

Christian began his career with one of the UK’s fastest-growing recruitment firms, contributing to its successful IPO. He later led the Global Natural Resources practice at a boutique Executive Search firm in the UK, before establishing its Australian office.

His extensive client portfolio includes global majors, listed and private equity backed growth companies, financial institutions, and public and private investment funds. Christian is known for his expertise in delivering leadership talent for complex projects and navigating appointments in politically sensitive and operationally challenging environments.

He holds a degree in Economics and Languages from Durham University and is fluent in French and Spanish.
