Olivier Bourges

Olivier has experience in the public and private sectors, both in France and internationally. He started at the Treasury Department in 1992, in charge of banking affairs then of monitoring regulated savings and the Caisse des Dépôts. He represented France at the World Bank in Washington for 2 years, as an alternate executive director.

In 2000, he joined the Renault Nissan alliance, first in charge of investor relations then management control of Renault projects, before joining Nissan North America, in Nashville, TN, as head of strategy and vehicle programs for the group’s main region. He came back to Renault as the group controller.

In 2009, he became deputy head of the State shareholding agency. In this capacity, he has been a board member of very important listed groups like GDF Suez, Thales, La Poste, Orange, Dexia and BPCE.

In 2013, he joined the French IRS as deputy head.

In 2014, he joined PSA (Peugeot Citroen) as General Secretary and secretary of the group’s supervisory board. He was appointed member of the PSA Management Board in 2018, in charge of strategy and vehicle programs. He chaired Banque PSA Finance (BPF), the group captive financing vehicle sales and dealers network. He led the merger with FCA (Fiat Chrysler) to create Stellantis, under the leadership of the CEO, where he became EVP in charge of strategy, mergers and acquisitions and vehicle programs. He left Stellantis at the beginning of 2025.

Olivier is passionate about operational performance, which is mainly based on the ability to detect and develop internal talent in the service of a collective ambition.
