Marjorie Kean is a Managing Director at Diversified Search in Miami. Her practice is focused on working with companies in developing markets and countries. One of her areas of specialty is Identifying talent with international and US Hispanic experience. Although she has experience in an array of industries, she has strong capabilities in the B2C space and has worked with companies in consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, retail, life sciences, entertainment and technology. She is often called upon to do pan-regional searches, identifying the best candidate irrespective of their current geographic location.

Marjorie has over 30 years of executive search experience which covers various locations. Marjorie has been with Diversified Search since 2008. She started her search career with Korn/Ferry and served as head of their Miami office and as Managing Director of their Caracas Office. Marjorie lived in Mexico for 10 years and Venezuela for 16 years. Before going into search, Marjorie held senior marketing roles with Johnson & Johnson and Kraft Foods.
